He puts his full heart in making this food fabulous! I have to say the pulled pork and cornbread is the best I’ve ever had. The barbecue sauce is amazing. Smoky D'z catered food for the Ohio Northern Men's Lacrosse team when they travelled to play at Adrian College. 70 players and staff had a delicious and warm meal ready for them as they boarded the bus to head home. Smoky D'z brought in the food and packaged it fresh into to-go containers on the spot, which made it very easy for us. I highly recommend using them for your next catering need if you enjoy amazing BBQ/sides, excellent service, and friendly people!

Absolutely amazing brisket!!

So my mom has been talking about your food for months. I finally had the chance to try it and man its the best smoked bbq around! Hats off to Doug and his crew for the damn good BBQ! I am actually thinking about getting me more tonight! The amount of food you get and the prices are great. The amount of blood sweat and tears, let alone hours behind a smoker Doug puts into his food is amazing! Thanks again! Ps: I smashed my food before I thought of taking a picture lmao!

Just had some brisket sandwiches and cheesy potatoes from Smoky D'z while they were at the conservatory in Tipton. It was delicious! We have had BBQ all over the country and this was real decent BBQ.

I'm not even necessarily a fan of BBQ, but the brisket was genuinely some of the best food I've ever had. Found this place at hidden lake gardens whilst we were there for fathers day. If you want to try, they have a website showing all of their upcoming events. Also, I'm sorry about the one angry guy who is bringing the rating of this place down, this is 5 stars as far as I'm concerned, ESPECIALLY for the price. I wish you guys the best.

Great food and service! Highly recommend

Some of the best barbecue you will find anywhere! There are a lot of debates on what style is best and we don't have the time, I can just tell you that pitmaster Doug Bayes creates incredible barbecue and sides. He does so with focusing the smoke on his meats and keeping his sides a separate flavor from the beans to the cheesy potatoes! The best parts are that the meat is not smoked to death like so many new age bbq joints these days, it has a great flavor that is measured to perfection and is not over sauced, however you can request whatever additional sauce you may need. The whole menu is incredible but if you get a chance to try a smoked shotgun shell, jump on it! A manicotti shell filled with a secret blend of cream cheese, cheese and spices, wrapped with bacon and brushed with a light coat of bbq sauce smoked just right! These things are incredible! He may not have invented them, but damn he perfected them! You can eat hot or cold, I promise you won't be disappointed either way!
